How to Test Waterproofing Before First Use
We strongly recommend testing with a tissue first — never place your phone inside without verifying the seal!
- Place a dry tissue inside the pouch (ensure it does not contact the seal).
- Close the sealing switch securely, then fully submerge the pouch in water for approximately 4 hours (weigh it down so it stays fully submerged).
- Remove, wipe off exterior water, and check the tissue. If dry — the seal is working perfectly. If wet — contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Note: It is recommended not to submerge in water for more than 3 hours during regular use.
