4 Probe Wiring Modes Explained

Model A – Single Tank Fill (Sink/Overhead Tank)

A (Red) – Upper level: pump stops automatically when water reaches this probe.
B (Blue) – Lower level: pump starts automatically when water drops below this probe.
C (Black) – Common line; place at the bottom of the tank.
D (Green) & E (Yellow) – Connected to C (Black).

Model B – Single Drainage Pond

E – Upper level: pump starts automatically when water reaches this probe.
D – Lower level: pump stops automatically when water drops below this probe.
C – Common line; place at the bottom of the pool.
A & B – Disconnected.

Model C – Dry-Run Protection

C & D – Lower-level control points; if either probe loses water contact, the pump stops automatically, protecting against dry running.
E & C – Short-connected.
A & B – Disconnected.

Model D – Dual Tank (Upper & Lower Pool) Control

A – Upper pool high-level: pump stops when water reaches probe A.
B – Upper pool low-level: pump starts when water falls below probe B.
C – Common line for both upper and lower pools.
D – Lower pool low-level: pump stops when water falls below probe D.
