Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of soap can I use with this automatic foam soap dispenser?
A: The BALASHOV 400ml touchless soap dispenser is designed for use with liquid hand soap or foaming soap. For best results and optimal foam quality, dilute regular liquid soap with water (typically a 1:4 soap-to-water ratio). Avoid thick gel soaps, as they may clog the foaming pump.
Q: How do I mount the BALASHOV soap dispenser on a wall?
A: The dispenser comes with wall-mounting hardware. Simply use the included bracket and screws to secure it to any wall surface — no drilling is required in most cases depending on your wall type. It can also stand freely on any flat countertop or desktop without mounting.
Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?
A: Battery life depends on usage frequency and the dosage gear selected. Under normal household use, a full USB charge typically lasts several weeks. The built-in LED battery indicator will alert you when it's time to recharge, so you're always prepared.
Q: Is the motion sensor touchless soap dispenser suitable for children?
A: Absolutely! The hands-free infrared sensor makes it very easy and intuitive for children to use — no pressing or pumping needed. Simply hold a hand beneath the nozzle and foam is dispensed automatically within 0.25 seconds.
