Waterproof Testing Instructions

Always test before use with a real device — use a tissue/paper towel first:

  1. Open the pouch and place a dry tissue inside (ensure the tissue does not catch in the seal).
  2. Fully seal the pouch and submerge it completely in water for approximately 30 minutes. Weigh it down if needed to keep it fully submerged.
  3. Remove, wipe the outside dry, open the pouch, and check the tissue. Dry tissue = watertight seal. Wet tissue = contact customer service.

Note: It is recommended not to use in water for more than 5 continuous hours.
