How to Test Waterproofing Before First Use
We always recommend testing your pouch with a tissue before inserting your phone:
- Open the pouch and place a dry tissue inside (ensure the tissue does not catch in the seal).
- Close the ABS locking clasp securely and fully submerge the pouch in water for approximately 30 minutes. Press it down if needed — do not let it float, as temperature differences may cause fogging.
- Remove from water, wipe the outside dry, and check the tissue. If the tissue is dry, your pouch is sealed correctly. If it is wet, please contact our customer service team right away.
Note: It is recommended not to submerge the pouch for more than 3 hours continuously. Due to manual measurement, please allow a tolerance of 1–3 mm. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
