Important Usage Notes

Do not use the tablet or pen while charging.
If your screen protector is very thick and reduces sensitivity, use the included penetrating pen tip.
Before connecting this pen, disconnect any other previously paired capacitive stylus from your device.
While using the stylus, avoid resting your hand on the screen — or enable the palm rejection/accidental-touch setting on your device.
Hold the pen at a minimum 15° angle to the screen for normal writing — it cannot be used completely vertically.
Do not use an Apple Type-C charging cable for this pen.

App Setup Guides

SketchBook: Open app → Main Menu → Preferences → General → Toggle "Pen Mode" on/off.

Procreate: Open app → Wrench icon → Gesture Control → Enable "Finger Painting."

GoodNotes: Open app → Three-dot menu (top right) → Scroll to Stylus → Smart Stylus → Select "None."

Notability: Open drawing page → Three-dot menu (top right) → Information → Disconnect Apple Pencil.

Notes (iOS): Open page → Three-dot menu (bottom right) → Pen palette settings → Scroll down → Enable "Finger Painting."

Apple iPad Notes: Settings → Apple Pencil → Turn off Scribble and Doodle → Select stroke.

Paint the World: Open painting page → Gear icon → Close "Pen Mode."

Noteshelf: Open drawing page → Three-dot menu (top right) → Stylus → Turn off "Apple Pencil" mode.

Simply plug in the included Type-C data cable — note: do not use an Apple Type-C cable for charging this pen.

Q: Why does the pen drag the screen but not write in drawing apps?

A: This is almost always a software or app setting issue rather than a hardware problem. Each drawing app (Procreate, GoodNotes, Notability, SketchBook, etc.) has its own stylus/pen mode setting. Q: Can I use the stylus while my tablet is charging?
