Important Usage Notes
- Always wear the included anti-accidental-touch gloves when using the stylus to avoid unintended screen inputs.
- The stylus must be tilted at approximately 15 degrees during use — it cannot be used in a perfectly vertical position.
- Do not use the stylus while the tablet or phone is charging.
- If touch disconnection occurs, try switching to a thinner screen protector. Paper-like films are not compatible.
- If the pen tip stops responding, replace it with one of the included spare tips.
- If your device screen has been replaced with a third-party screen, touch compatibility may be affected.
- If a different stylus (e.g. an original branded pen) is connected, disconnect it before using this universal stylus.
- Note: Not recommended for use with Lenovo Xiaoxin, Teclast, Realme, Readboy, OnePlus, BBK, or dedicated learning-machine tablets, as these models have a higher likelihood of touch disconnection.
