Important Usage Notes

  1. Always wear the included anti-accidental-touch gloves when using the stylus to prevent palm interference.
  2. Tilt the pen at approximately 15 degrees when writing — the stylus cannot be used vertically.
  3. Do not use the stylus while the tablet is charging.
  4. If touch disconnection occurs, check that you are using a thin screen protector. Paper-like (matte) screen protectors may cause disconnection.
  5. If the pen tip stops responding, try replacing it with one of the included spare tips.
  6. If your device screen has been replaced with a third-party screen, touch compatibility may be affected.
  7. If you previously connected an original stylus (e.g. Apple Pencil), disconnect it before using this universal pen.
  8. Note: Not recommended for use with Lenovo Xiaoxin, Teclast, Realme, Readboy, OnePlus BBK, or learning machine tablets, as these may experience frequent touch disconnection.
