Wiring & Setup Guide
- Power Supply: Connect terminals 7 and 9 to the power supply.
- Foot Switch: Connect terminals 5 and 6 to the foot switch.
- Solenoid Valve: Connect terminals 4 and 11 to the solenoid valve.
- Motor: Connect terminals 3 and 10 to the motor (a starting capacitor is required for the motor connection).
- Emergency Stop: Connect terminals 1 and 2 to the emergency stop switch.
- Once wiring is complete, power on — the display will show the 00000 counting interface.
Time & Cycle Settings
- Press the SET key to sequentially configure hot stamping time, tape rolling time, and tape winding length, then return to the counting interface.
- To enable automatic cycle mode: hold the selection key to enter auto cycle settings, set the value to 0.10, then press SET to exit. The automatic cycle indicator will illuminate to confirm activation.
- To exit automatic cycle mode: press SET to enter, change the value to 0.00, and exit. The indicator light turns off and the unit returns to manual mode.
- For single/dual mode: long-press SET, enter password 5, and select mod0 (single) or mod1 (dual).
