How to Replace Your Speaker Surround

Remove the original gasket and clean the surface thoroughly.
Apply contact cement (not included) to the cone edge area.
Center the new surround evenly over the cone and press into position.
Using your thumb on top and index finger beneath, press the inside edge of the surround firmly to the cone, working around the full circumference.
Apply wood glue (not included) to the outer frame and press the surround down firmly.
Re-glue the gasket over the outer surround to complete the repair.

Please allow minor measurement tolerances. (1 cm ≈ 0.39 inches)
