Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the Mount Fuji floor mat safe for use around children and pets?
A: Yes. This indoor floor rug is made with odorless, eco-friendly materials and contains no high-concern chemicals, making it safe for households with children and pets. The soft flannel surface is gentle on bare feet and paws alike.
Q: Will the non-slip backing work on hardwood and tile floors?
A: Absolutely. The PVC dot-textured non-woven backing is specifically designed to grip smooth hard-floor surfaces such as hardwood, laminate, and tile, keeping the mat firmly in place during everyday use.
Q: How do I remove creases after unpacking the rug?
A: Since larger sizes are folded for shipping, some creases may be visible when first unpacked. Simply lay the rug flat and allow 24–48 hours for creases to relax naturally, or use a low-temperature steam iron to restore flatness more quickly.
Q: Which size should I choose for my kitchen or bathroom?
A: For a kitchen runner or bathroom mat, the 500 × 800 mm (19.6" × 31.4") or 600 × 900 mm (23.6" × 35.4") sizes are popular choices. For larger dining rooms or living spaces, consider the 800 × 1200 mm or 1000 × 1600 mm options.
