This pump uses plastic positioning particles inside the pump head to keep the silicone tube stable during operation. It is strongly recommended to use the end with plastic particles as the liquid inlet. Using the opposite end as the inlet may cause the silicone tube to shift or wrinkle inside the pump head, potentially jamming the rotor. If needed, the pump cover can be carefully pried open to reposition the plastic particles.
