Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does the BALASHOV 400ml mini humidifier run on a full tank?
A: With a 400ml water tank and a built-in 2000mAh battery, the BALASHOV USB mini humidifier can run for several hours on a single fill, depending on the mist setting used. The dual spray mode will use water more quickly than a single-spray mode, so run time will vary accordingly.
Q: Can I use essential oils in this USB desktop humidifier?
A: Yes — this mini humidifier is aromatherapy compatible. Simply add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the water tank to enjoy a lightly scented mist alongside the humidity boost. Always use water-soluble essential oils for best results and to protect the device.
Q: Is the humidifier safe to leave on overnight?
A: Absolutely. The BALASHOV mini humidifier features a water-shortage auto shut-off function that powers the device off automatically when the tank runs low, preventing dry burning. Combined with its ultra-quiet operation (<36dB), it is well suited for overnight use on a bedside table or desk.
Q: What power source does this humidifier use?
A: It is powered via a standard USB connection (included cable) and also features a built-in rechargeable 2000mAh lithium battery, so you can use it cordlessly once charged. Plug it into any USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter.
